I believe that every person should have access to therapy should they want it. I therefore alongside my regular priced appointments, also offer a limited number of places for those on low incomes. Please feel free to get in contact for more information, should you have any questions.
Before starting therapy we will meet for an initial assessment. This is a mutual assessment. Our initial assessment will be an opportunity for us to talk and for me to get an understanding of what it is you would like from therapy and also an opportunity for you to get an understanding of how I practice
These are weekly face to face, 50-minute Sessions between will be held at either of my practices
Relationship counselling (also known as couples counselling) is an effective form of talking therapy. Sessions take place in a safe space and look to improve communication and resolve issues within an intimate relationship.
Group therapy can be a very powerful forum in which to undergo therapy and can assist with issues around interpersonal skills and relationships. When part of a therapeutic group many of our struggles can be held and supported as part of a process, assisting greatly in learning how you are perceived, and your role within relationships. My groupwork practice is also based in central London.

The first session will last 50 minutes. The initial assessment and all sessions thereafter are held in strict confidence.
This of course depends on the individual. I offer both short term (more goal oriented) and long term therapy. I offer both long and short-term therapy, dependent upon your own particular needs. Short term can be for a minimum of six sessions, and long term can be for several months or longer.
Many times the primary problem for clients is the feeling like they are struggling, either emotionally, mentally or physically. This is true even for those who live within a family or community. By coming to therapy you can share your problems with someone skilled in listening and who can help you understand how past experiences and current behaviour may be linked.
Typically each session will be a 50 minute session, unless they are a double booking or group sessions
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Payment is required on the day of our session or in advance if you are paying electronically or, if our session is via telephone or Skype
* For corporate rates, please contact me directly. In person therapy available with government advice on social distancing
