I’m Yvette, a fully qualified integrative counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
My role as a therapist is to work alongside you, providing a safe, trusting, and confidential space where you feel supported to explore whatever it is that brings you to therapy. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you develop self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
Using an integrative approach, I draw on various therapeutic techniques—including but not limited to Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—tailoring my methods to best support your individual needs and goals.
I have extensive experience working across both the private and public sectors. I have worked with leading Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), as well as global health providers such as ComPsych, WPA, and Vitality Health. Alongside my private practice in Farringdon, London, I also offer therapy within an NHS GP surgery and a drug and alcohol charity.
In addition, I work as a Specialist Mentor in Higher Education, supporting students with mental health diagnoses across 350 institutions in the UK. My expertise is also sought after for global publications, including HuffPost (formerly known as Huffington Post), where I contribute insights on mental well-being.
Whether you’re facing personal, professional, or academic challenges, I am here to support you in navigating your journey towards greater understanding and well-being.
